At devotional gatherings friends and neighbours come together in a home or courtyard to read prayers from the sacred writings of different religions and to reflect and converse about them. These simple gatherings foster fellowship and a spiritual atmosphere that enriches the social life of a neighbourhood.
They are open to all and are usually organized by the participants themselves.
